The legal basis for our processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of your data will often be to comply with the agreement you have entered into under the Personal Data Regulation, point (b) of Article 6 (1).
We may also process your data based on a legal obligation laid by law in accordance with the Personal Data Regulation, point (c) of Article 6 (1).
Where the legal basis for processing your consent under the Personal Data Regulation, paragraph (a) of Article 6 (1), you may revoke your consent at any time and cease receiving our service.
Always remember that if you use a Pecasu service through a third-party channel such as social media, your data may also be processed by this third party according to their confidentiality processes.
How do we get the information?
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when you sign up. We also receive personal information indirectly in the following scenarios:

How long do we keep your personal information?
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as long as it is necessary to provide our service. Personal information is deleted six months after the membership has ended.
If you wish to cancel your account or delete your data, we will only store the information we need for legal reasons, such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements. You'll be able to cancel and delete your account under "Your account".
Your data protection rights.
According to the Data Protection Act, you have rights that we want to make you aware of:
Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold on you. There are exceptions to this right so that access can be denied if e.g., making the information available to you reveals personal data about another person or if we are legally prevented from disclosing such information.
